Cancelation policy
- For full refund, the reservation must be cancelled 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival.
- Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be non-refundable.
- Non-refundable for booking made for marriage, wedding anniversaries, school group, and corporate groups.
- No refunds will be provided in the event of cancellation due to natural, political disturbances, or social circumstances.
Refund policy
- Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request, and the payment will be credited within 5-7 working days.
- The bank fee is 3% of the booking amount for any national transaction and the same will be deducted while processing the refund from the booking amount.
