Arrival and Departure Policy-
- Check‑in and check‑out times may vary depending on the Hotel & Resort reserved. The applicable timings will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are based on room availability and may be subject to additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued identification or passport at the check-in.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to register and check into a room.
- Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Extra Bed Policy-
- Complimentary stay for children below 5 years, an extra bed can be provided at an additional charge of only INR 1,000 – 1,500/-
- Children between 6 and 13 years of age will be charged 25% of the room tariff for an additional bed in the room.
- Children above 14 years & adults will be charged 40% of the room tariff for an additional bed in the room.
